Project Overview
LeadLoop was designed as a modern sales CRM experience for fast-moving B2B teams. The goal was to make pipeline activity, lead status, and sales performance easier to track through a cleaner, more focused dashboard UI.
The direction focused on clarity, speed, and usability, helping teams move from scattered data to a system that feels structured, actionable, and easy to navigate.
Structure & Flow
I mapped the dashboard around the most important user actions: tracking leads, reviewing pipeline stages, checking sales performance, and monitoring team activity. The layout was built to reduce clutter and make key metrics easier to scan.
The interface direction combined strong hierarchy, modular cards, table views, and analytics widgets so the product would feel clear, modern, and efficient for everyday sales work.

The UI uses a clean SaaS style with structured spacing, clear data grouping, and a modern dashboard rhythm. The goal was to create a product that feels professional, scalable, and easy to operate under daily pressure.
Typography, cards, charts, and status elements were designed to improve readability while keeping the interface visually refined and product-focused.
Dashboard Application
The system was applied across key CRM screens such as overview dashboards, lead management, sales analytics, and activity tracking, keeping the experience consistent while supporting different workflow needs.
Each screen was designed to help users move faster, understand data clearly, and stay focused on action instead of interface friction.
